These terms govern your use of the ZONABLÜ website and purchases made through it.

Use of the website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems or another customer's information.

Products and information

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, pricing and availability accurate. Product availability, packaging and harvest characteristics may change. We may correct errors or update information when necessary.

Orders

An order is subject to product availability and successful payment. We may cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, unauthorized activity or unavailable inventory. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary by destination, carrier conditions and circumstances outside our reasonable control. See our Shipping & Delivery page for current details.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Text, photography, logos, graphics, branding and other original content on this website belong to ZONABLÜ or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without permission, except as permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZONABLÜ is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
