From the heart of Sardinia’s Blue Zone comes an organic extra virgin olive oil crafted with care, tradition, and respect for the land.
Produced from a carefully selected blend of Bosana, Nera di Oliena, and Coratina olives, our oil reflects the character of Sardinia through notes of green tomato, fresh herbs, almond, and a balanced peppery finish.
Harvested at optimal maturity and cold extracted shortly after picking, the olives are transformed using carefully controlled processes designed to preserve freshness, aroma, and naturally occurring phenolic compounds.
