Because ZONABLÜ products are food products, we prioritize food safety, product integrity and traceability when handling returns.
Opened food products are not eligible for return.
Returns of food products are accepted only when the product is unopened, sealed and in its original condition, subject to the terms below.

Unopened products
Unopened, unused and sealed products may be eligible for a return request within 14 days of delivery. The product must remain in its original packaging and condition. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
Opened products
We do not accept returns of opened, used or unsealed food products. This policy is intended to protect food safety and product integrity and applies regardless of whether the product is certified organic.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Return shipping
For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we agree otherwise. If the product was damaged, defective or incorrect when delivered, contact us before returning it.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and reviewed, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider or financial institution.
Important
This policy does not remove or limit any refund, cancellation, warranty or other remedy that applies under applicable consumer protection law.
